Product: CSTtransactionCost distribution headers — one per costed transaction event, carrying the cost org/book, item, event class, GL date, and accounting state ahead of subledger accounting
Distributions explode once per cost org-book — filter to the primary book (via the org-book association) or amounts double-count
Column-name trap: the cost org is spelled COST_ORGANIZATION_ID here, while every sibling table spells it COST_ORG_ID — same key, different name. No cost element at this level; the element grain is on the lines. ACCOUNTED_FLAG runs N → draft → final.
